Through The Looking Glass - 04/20/2007
Something old, something new, but not quite what you might expect.

I think I've settled on a name unless we have major rebuttals from the folks out there. "Through The Looking-Glass" has a nice tone to it, different, but still keeping true to the original trailblazer (or waterblazer depending upon how you look at it) Walrus.

I believe where I will differentiate a bit from TOSOTLG is that I'm going to be focusing more on what the community is doing and a little less development activity. I do feel that we'll have development activities on all that's gone on and is going to happen, but just not as much. It's a bit more difficult to have a ton of dev stuff for a couple of reasons, the development is taking place in Seattle and I can't hound them all the time about getting all the tidbits and morsels of information about development. Plus, Walrus is the producer and has been for some time, he knows a great bit more on the direction of development than I.

The Keymaster?

We're in talks with some people here at SOE to get some more buddy keys out. This is a really big priority for us as Walrus would be happy to attest to. Oh yeah, I'm certain many of the community members out there would attest to wanting buddy keys as well, so lets just say everyone wants buddy keys and call it a day!

This is in the works so you may not hear about it for a little while but do keep in mind this is on our radar and we do want this to come to fruition sooner rather than later.

The Week That Was…

Week 3 as your CRM has come and gone, it all goes by so fast! I feel that DN1 is making some good progress with all the updates we have going (there's one update daily for the most part). We're highlighting the great things that are going on in MxO and I think the trend will continue.

Until next week,

P.S. I know I need a signature and I'm working on it.
