Raijinn, Filling in for the Tusked One…
As Walrus mentioned in last weeks Other Side he's been out all this week and I've been filling in for him while he's been away. Now needless to say you never really know what you're getting into until you are in those shoes.
I think it's only fitting to learn a little bit about my involvement with MxO, first and foremost I was right there with everyone in beta as a player. I've been actively with the MxO community since it's been with SOE although in my previous incarnation I was a Technical Support guy.
I've since moved over to the world of Community Relations and I've had the opportunity to watch over other communities while the other managers take their long needed vacations. This however was the first time I've flown solo with the MxO folks.
Now what was it like filling in for Walrus? Gee, this guy is busy! Need I say more?
Update 46 Launches!
Update 46 went live! Whew! There were some new goodies in this update that I thought were pretty slick and from the looks of it many of you agree. If you haven't had the opportunity to check it out…well…what are you waiting for?
On a side note Update 46 is a rather high number; I don't think any of the other games are even in the 30's for updates, let alone 40's!

Raijinn's Parting Notes
Having a chance to spend additional time with the MxO community is always welcome. The community is very passionate about the game and is always a pleasure to deal with (maybe not always, but most of the time).
I've enjoyed my time filling in but I do look forward to the 3 day weekend with Labor Day chipping in that extra Monday off. I have some great barbeque lined up for this weekend so I'll have to see you on the other side!
