and Technical Support: Reduced Phone Hours during Holiday Season - 12/20/2006
The
account and technical support departments will have reduced hours for phone
support this Holiday Season.
Technical
and Account Phone support will be available from 3pm to 7pm PST Wednesday
December 27th through Friday December 29th.
No phone support will be offered on Monday December 25th, Tuesday
December 26th, or Monday January 1st.
Technical
and Account Chat support will remain available during its normal hours of
operation, Monday through Friday 10am through 7pm PST.

and Account Email support is available any time at http://station.sony.com/email
The
technical and account support knowledgebase is also available any time at http://station.sony.com/kb
Technical and Account Phone Support will return to
its normal hours of operation on Tuesday January 2nd. Normal Technical and Account phone support
is Monday through Friday 10am through 7pm PST.
